Does AptApply charge any fees?

There is no cost to you for using AptApply – it’s completely free to use. All application fees are paid by the applicant.

Can I generate revenue by using AptApply?

If the laws of your state allow it, you can monetize your AptApply account by charging a fee above our default of $49 and keeping the difference. You will need a Stripe account to take advantage of this opportunity.

What information do we collect from applicants?

We partner with Equifax and Search Bug to provide a detailed credit and criminal/background check to US residents based on their Social Security number. If an applicant is not a US citizen or does not have a Social Security number they can still submit an application but only a criminal/background check will be provided.  We do not store or display the Social Security number in our reports.

By providing a total solution for your company to obtain and process applicant information securely and within a few minutes, AptApply reduces manual labor and your costs to verify an applicant’s information while storing everything in a portal where you have immediate access to your applications.

AptApply does not require any contract or that you submit a credit card. 

The default charged to the applicant is $49 but the maximum fee will vary by the laws of each state. Some states allow you to set your own fee, others are limited to the costs involved in securing the screening information, and states like New York, Vermont and Wisconsin have their own set price. Condeto already accounts for these laws on our platform.

We process all transactions and remit all payments in real-time.

Yes all applications are completely digital. It’s faster, easier to manage and less expensive than managing paper applications. For your convenience, we also provide a downloadable PDF version of the report.

AptApply doesn’t detract from your personal relationships, it enhances it by making the application process faster, more direct and easier to manage. Agents and applicants can submit an application directly from their phone or desktop so a trip to the “management office” is no longer necessary.
